Mixed Vegetable seekhs from the clay oven served with apple and cinnamon sauce

Tandoor cooked chunks of paneer sprinkled with special masala and served with Chef’s choice of accompaniment

Chef’s Christmas Special - Popadum Spring Rolls (V)

Rolled masala popadums stuffed with sautéed winter vegetables served with special warm sauce

Tandoor Pork Kebab

Succulent diced pork marinated in special spices and herbs cooked in the tandoor and tawa finished. Served with Chef’s special chutney

Turkey and Duck Pakoras

Marinated turkey and duck pieces with mixed vegetables and coated in gram flour and double-fried to perfection. Served with cranberry sauce

Prawns

Batter fried king prawns seasoned with sesame, onion and fennel seeds. Served with spicy cream sauce

Heran Kebab

Marinated venison kebabs cooked in the tandoor to perfection and served with Chef’s special sauce

White chick peas slowly cooked in sauce with special Punjabi spices and herbs

Tawa cooked whole capsicums filled with mixed vegetable masala filling with tossed masala-gravy


Paneer Makhani (V)

Generous chunks of paneer tikka from the clay oven cooked in North Indian Winter spices with masala based sauce

Shabzi (V)

Christmas seasonal vegetable cooked with potatoes in a tomato base kurma sauce using freshly ground North Indian spices

Palak Koftas (V)

Fresh spinach koftas cooked in white wine malai sauce with roasted chunks of paneer

Anglo-Indian Christmas Turkey

Turkey breast meat marinated with special North Indian winter spices and herbs and finished in the tandoor with strips of streaky bacon. Served in a delicious gravy-sauce with masala pork sausages by Lishman’s of Ilkley, (exclusively made in collaboration with ‘1875’.)

Batera

Overnight marinated whole quail cooked in the tandoor with Indian stuffing, finished on the tawa with aromatic spices and herbs and served with masala kurma sauce.

Kabutar

Whole Yorkshire Wood Pigeon Biryani made in Muglai Hyderbadi spices with layers of basmati rice and served with masala gravy sauce and Chef’s special accompaniments

Christmas Turkey Masala

Chunks of marinated turkey pieces cooked in the tandoor and then in tomato base gravy with North Indian winter spices

Kerala Samundar Jhinga

Marinated king prawns cooked in the clay oven and finished on the tawa in a masala gravy sauce with South Indian west coastal spices and herbs

Soor

Double cooked marinated diced chunks of pork gently perfected in the tandoor and finished in Goan spices and herbs mixed with wine-masala sauce
